We have a straightforward process to deliver savings for you

  1. We analyse your current expenditure by category
  2. We input all of your spending patterns into our benchmark database
  3. We identify opportunities for savings
  4. We present our savings report and an implementation plan
  5. We assist you to implement the plan to achieve the savings
  6. We regularly review progress and provide ongoing input to enure that you maintain/improve on savings targets

 

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

How does J6  make money?

We charge our fee as a percentage of savings. If there are no savings, there will be no fee.

 

Am I paying more to cover commission payments to you?

No. We are fully independent. The price you pay will be the net price.

 

Could I find lower rates?

It is doubtful. In almost all cases, we know the supplier's cost price and we understand even the most complex tariff structures. We also know what other companies with your profile are paying. Using this information, J6 will usually be able to negotiate the best price for your business.

 

How can I be sure we will save money?

Until we analyse your spending patterns, we cannot tell you how much you can save. However, we have yet to meet a company where we could not deliver significant sustainable savings. 

 

What have I got to lose?

Nothing, if we can’t provide a substantial saving then you just carry on as you are, confident that you are not wasting money or valuable resources. 

 

Do you work to a professional code of conduct?

Yes. We comply with the code of conduct as defined by the Association of Cost Management Consultants and as such operate in a professional and honest manner.
