Advertising agencies, media companies and some other marketing suppliers often hold client monies which they pay on to 3rd parties. What we do is make sure they have accounted for them properly and that any reconciling balances are refunded to the client. We also review the level of discounts and rebates you are getting. We review fee levels and production costs to make sure these are both in compliance with the existing contract and competitive.
